Award & Recognition Boxes
An award deserves better than a stock box. We make custom rigid presentation boxes for plaques, medals, pins, coins and certificates in the exact size your piece needs. Add a die-cut foam or peachboard insert so the award sits securely in its own cavity, then foil stamp or emboss your logo, seal or event name on the lid. For certificates and gift cards, a chipboard platform insert raises the contents so they present well when the lid comes off.
Jewelry Boxes
Two-piece rigid boxes are a high-end choice for jewelry. We make them for earrings, charms, rings and bracelets, for small boutiques and large department stores alike. Wrap the box in white, gloss or matte solid color, foil, textured or patterned paper, then print or foil stamp your logo. Jewelry inserts are available in chipboard, peachboard and cotton, foam, vinyl and vacuum-formed plastic, so each piece stays in place in transit and on display.

We build rigid gift and boutique boxes for candles, glassware, art supplies, leather goods, gift certificates and more. Choose a natural matte or bright gloss paper, elegant foil papers, or embossed textures such as leather and linen. Theme and patterned papers give you a custom look without the cost of custom graphics. Running several products in one box? Use different printed cover wraps or printed belly bands with multiple inserts so one box size covers the whole line.

Inserts & Finishes
Inserts. We design and manufacture custom box inserts to hold and present your product: chipboard platforms, die-cut chipboard, die-cut peachboard (velboard), partitions, trays, die-cut foam, and vacuum-formed plastic that can be matched to PMS colors. We’ve also used crinkle paper, wood wool and jeweler’s fiber.
Graphics and coatings. Four-color process printing, foil stamping (matte, gloss, metallic or holographic foils), and embossing or debossing, either blind or combined with foil, on the inside and outside of the box. Protect the wrap with aqueous, UV coating or film lamination. See our Graphics page for details.
Board. Chipboard in bright white, black, chocolate or natural chip, from 30pt to 100pt, chosen for the size, product weight and hand-feel you want.

Every box we sell is made in the USA, at our facility in Elyria, Ohio, using American raw materials, American-made machinery and American workers. We serve customers across the country. Our set-up boxes arrive fully assembled, so your team can pack them right away with no folding or gluing. That saves labor and gives you a box that holds up in transit. Most set-up boxes need no tooling, which makes size changes and smaller test quantities easy. Our boxes are made with recycled board and paper and non-solvent glues and inks, and we can store your boxes in our warehouse and ship them when you need them.
